Two 18 year old teens, one of Attica and the other from Alexander, are each charged with burglary 3rd and criminal mischief 3rd after an investigation into vandalism at a vacant residence on Broadway road in Alexander on July 10, 2016.
The two teens reportedly entered the residence during the early morning hours and caused damage inside using paint and varnish.
Both teens were arraigned in the Town of Alexander Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. Both are scheduled to return to court on May 9, 2017.
Names are being withheld due to the possibility of youthful offender status at the time of the incident.
Shauna E. Driscoll, 28, of Wadsworth Ave., Avon, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an arrest for DWI on East Main street in LeRoy on April 14, 2017.
Driscoll allegedly possessed a quantity of marijuana in her vehicle.
She will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on May 15, 2017.
