An Arcade man was arrested following the investigation of an incident that occurred in the Town of Java on April 20, 2017.
Mark T. Owens, 50, of Prospect Street, Arcade, N.Y., is charged with sexual abuse 3rd.
An order of protection was issued for the victim and Owens is scheduled to appear in the Town of Java Court at a later date.
Forensic Technician Deputy Steve Miller assisted with the investigation and Inv. Jason Mayer assisted with the arrest.
