Adam S. Terhaar, 23, of Torrey Pine Dr. Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Judge road in the Town of Alabama on April 28, 2017 after a traffic complaint of traffic offenses that had occurred.
Terhaar was found to allegedly be in possession of a quantity of marijuana, a glass smoking pipe and a grinder.
Also charged is Haley M. Findley, 24, of Mt. Read Blvd, Rochester. She is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and was allegedly found to be in possession of an amount of marijuana.
Both were released on an appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on May 30, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
Kayla A. Ladue, 21, of Barry Rd., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Bergen on April 27, 2017.
Ladue was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Bergen Town Court on May 3, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
She was issued a uniform traffic ticket for speeding in a 55 mile per hour zone.
