A Bethany woman has been arrested and charged after being accused of taking money from her employer in Pavilion.
Tara L. Thurley, 38, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany, is charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, and falsifying business records 1st, a class E felony, after she allegedly stole money from a business at which she was employed in Pavilion, located at 6316 Telephone road, the Sunoco Gas Station, on April 22, 2017.
Thurley allegedly made false entries into the business records of the company in an effort to conceal the theft.
She was arraigned in Pavilion Town Court and released under the the supervision of Genesee Justice on June 6, 2017.
