A Corfu woman is facing numerous charges after investigation into a 9-1-1 call of an erratic driver around 4p.m. on June 7th.
Christina V. Dadey, 43, was stopped by Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies in the Village of Wyoming following the 9-1-1 call. The call had originated in Genesee County for a vehicle that was all over the road. The vehicle was located in the Village of Wyoming and failed to keep right. A roadside investigation was completed along with field sobriety testing and Dadey was placed under arrest for DWI.
Dadey was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where she supplied a positive BAC. Dadey had been convicted of DWI earlier in 2017 making this arrest a felony.
Dadey was charged with failure to keep right, felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI (18% or higher B.A.C.), failure to use an ignition interlock device, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Dadey was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $500 cash bail or $2,000 bond with a return date of June 19, 2017 in the Town of Middlebury Court.
