A Seven Springs road woman is accused of leaving her two small children out in the cold without adequate clothing or supervision on February 1, 2017 on West Main street.
Tesla R. Plantiko, 25, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly allowed her two small children to go outside without adult supervision or proper clothing for weather while temperatures were in the low 20’s.
Police say Plantiko was allegedly sleeping at the time of the incident at 4036 W. Main street road.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 26, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
