Timothy D. Sullivan, 57, of Batavia, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw on June 21, 2017.
Sullivan was observed by police driving erratically on Route 19 in both the Town of Middlebury and the Town of Warsaw, swerving in and out of his lane on both sides of the roadway.
Sullivan was stopped just inside the Wal-mart parking lot on Route 19.
He was found to be operating with suspended license plates and he was also violating a restricted license.
Sullivan failed roadside field sobriety testing and he was taken into custody for driving while ability impaired by drugs. Sullivan underwent a drug influence evaluation at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office by Deputy Aaron Chase, a certified Drug Recognition Expert, who determined Sullivan was impaired by multiple drug categories.
Sullivan is charged with DWAI/ Drugs, driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs, operating on a suspended registration, failure to keep right, and operating in violation of a restricted license.
He was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court where bail was set in the amount of $500.00 cash bail or $2500.00 bond.
Sullivan is set to return to the Town of Warsaw Court on June 26, 2017 for further proceedings
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Eric Harder, 35, of York, on a warrant issued by the Town of Perry Justice Court for failure to appear on a summons.
Harder was arraigned in front of the Village of Warsaw Court where Justice Blythe released Harder on his own recognizance. He will appear in the Town of Perry Court on June 28, 2017.
