Michael T. Coffey Sr., 48, of S. Main St., Albion, is charged with burglary 2nd after an investigation into an August 2012 burglary on Batavia Oakfield Townline road.
On June 10, 2017, Coffey Sr. was arrested and charged after he allegedly entered a home on August 14, 2012 and property was stolen from within.
Currently Coffey Sr. is jailed at the Genesee County jail on an unrelated matter.
Two Brockport residents have been charged during a traffic stop on Waterman road in Stafford on July 9, 2017.
After being observed during a vehicle and traffic violation, Felicia D. Swartzenberg, 20, of Willowbrook Dr., Brockport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a zone.
Swartzenberg was allegedly found to possess a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
A passenger in the vehicle, Lindsay R. Crist, 20, of Redman Rd., Brockport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Both subjects will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on August 1, 2017.
