Three people have been arrested and charged after an investigation into the sale, transportation and possession of crack cocaine and heroin/fentanyl in the City of Batavia.
Johnnie M. Waston, 34, of W. Main St., Batavia, who is currently on parole, is charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.
Waston was arrested after an investigation into the sale, transportation and possession of crack cocaine in the City of Batavia.
Waston was picked up on Tuesday afternoon by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies
Also charged is Jacklyn M. Ganzhorn, 30, of S. Lyon St., Batavia.
Ganzhorn was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Batavia Police while they were investigating an unrelated matter.
She is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.
Ganzhorn was arrested after an investigation into the sale, transportation and possession of heroin/fentanyl in the City of Batavia.
The third person arrested is Edward J. White “Jordan”, 21, of Michigan St., Lockport, who is currently on parole.
White is charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.
White was arrested after an investigation into the sale, transportation and possession of crack cocaine in the City of Batavia.
White was picked up on Tuesday afternoon by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies.
All three were arraigned in City Court and jailed on $20,000 cash and $40,000 bond bail.
