Kodey R. Mills, 23, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and operating without insurance following a motor vehicle accident on Keeney road in LeRoy on July 13, 2017.
Mills was released on an appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on August 8, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Michelle A. Hahn, 53, of Gibson St., Oakfield, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to keep right, failure to stop at a stop sign and refusal to take a breath test after a traffic stop on North Pembroke road on July 11, 2017.
Hahn allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign.
She was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 29, 2017.
Arne H. Zipkin, 69, of Woodcrest Dr., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods that totaled $97.99.
Zipkin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 24, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
