Taylor M. Bunch, 22, of Meigs St., Rochester, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a a BAC of .18% or more and failure to stop at a stop sign after a motor vehicle accident on Lake avenue in Bergen on July 26, 2017.
Bunch was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on September 9, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
Ira J. Blackey, 67, of Broadway St., Lancaster, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, driving to the left of pavement markings and following too closely after a traffic stop in the Town of Alexander on July 23, 2017.
Blackey was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on August 29, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
Meghann B. Williams, 38, of Abbot Rd., Orchard Park, is charged with trespassing after a brief investigation into an incident that occurred on Bethany Center road on July 15, 2017
Williams was allegedly trespassing on property without the owner’s consent.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on August 22, 2017 at 7:00p.m.
Russell S. Brant Jr., 40, of N. Fourth St., Olean, NY, was turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office as a result of an arrest based on a warrant issued by the Genesee County Family Court on December 13, 2016.
Brant Jr. was arraigned July 25, 2017 in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.
