A 46 year old Florida man allegedly wanted as a Fugitive from Justice was located and arrested on August 3, 2017 by the LeRoy Police Department, assisted by the Genesee County local Drug Enforcement Task Force.
Ronald C. Palmer of Florida was located at 11 East Main Street in the Village of LeRoy and arrested as a Fugitive from Justice based on a warrant out of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Broward County Florida for an alleged violation of Pre-trial Release with the original charge being grand theft 3rd.
Palmer was arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice in the Local LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail without bail pending the extradition process to return him to Florida.
