Michael A. Heist, 51, of Genesee St., Alden, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a zone and obstructed license plate after being stopped for speeding and operating with obstructed plates on Main road in Pembroke on August 3, 2017.
Heist was allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 29, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
Michael A. Young, 36, of East Ave., Attica, is charged with DWI, driving to the left of pavement markings and speeding/exceeding 55mph on Main Rd., Alexander, on August 3, 2017.
Young was allegedly traveling in excess of 75mph and traveled across the center line.
Further charges are pending with the results of a blood test.
Young was released and issued appearance tickets. He will appear in Alexander Town Court on October 3, 2017.
