Adner P. Davila, 62, of W. Main street road, Batavia, is charged with 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, 5 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, both class A misdemeanors, after he was picked up during a traffic stop on West Main street on September 1, 2017.
Davila was wanted on a sealed indictment warrant for possessing and selling cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two separate occasions in and around the City of Batavia.
Upon taking Davila into custody on the indictment warrant, he was allegedly found to be in possession of 18 bags of cocaine and $439 in cash.
As a result of the search of his residence later that night, Davila was also allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine, morphine, drug paraphernalia and more cash.
Davila was arraigned on Tuesday morning in Genesee County Court and held without bail.
On Tuesday afternoon, Davila was arraigned in City Court for the cocaine he allegedly possessed at the time of the traffic stop in the City of Batavia. he was held without bail on these charges as well.
Davila was also arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court for the cocaine, morphine and drug paraphernalia that he allegedly possessed at his residence on West Main street road. He was also held on no bail in the Town of Batavia Court.
There may be additional charges pending lab results.
Task Force Officers were assisted in the investigation by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies, Batavia Police Officers and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
