Joshua A. Aughenbaugh, 23, of Junction Rd., Pavilion, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment after he allegedly attempted to stop his child’s mother from backing up in a car while Aughenbaugh was holding the child.
Aughenbaugh also allegedly head butted and shoved the mother.
He was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and jailed on $500 bail.
Aughenbaugh will appear in Pavilion Town Court on October 3, 2017 at 3:00p.m. to answer the charges.
Michael A. Shetler, 27, of Lewiston Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, aggravated unlicensed operator 2nd and operator leaving the scene of a property damage accident after a motor vehicle accident on Maple road in Alabama on September 29, 2017 at 2:23a.m.
Shetler fled the scene of the accident and with the assistance of Deputy Erion and K-9 Destro he was located a fair distance from the scene.
Shetler was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on October 17, 2017.
Leaha R. Wimmer, 25, of Allen Rd., Albion, is charged with grand larceny 4th after she allegedly stole another woman’s debit card and made an unauthorized purchase with the card on September 19, 2017.
Wimmer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on October17, 2017.
Aaron R. Webb, 21, of W. Combs Park, West Henrietta, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, failed to stop at a stop sign and insufficient tail lamps after a traffic stop on Telephone road in the Town of Pavilion on September 28, 2017.
Webb was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on October 10, 2017 at 3:00p.m.
Corfu Police arrested Dominic D. Czerniak, 18, of Wyvil Ave., Scottsville after a traffic stop on East Main street in Corfu on September 25, 2017.
Czerniak is charged with criminal possession of marijuana 4th(weight more than 2 ounces) and speeding in a zone.
Czerniak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Corfu Village Court on October 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
