Phillip P. Heale, 39, of Linwood Ave., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic dispute with a child under 17 years of age on October 5, 2017.
Heale was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance.
Clovis A. Phillips, 53, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, unregistered motor vehicle and suspended registration following and accident investigation at 390 West Main street, Tops Supermarket, on October 5, 2017.
There were no injuries in the accident.
Phillips was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on October 18, 2017.
