Strang was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on November 27, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
Steven R Obara, 34, of Litchfield Ave., Depew, is charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, speed over 55mph, no seat belt and expired vehicle inspection after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Pembroke on October 8, 2017 at 1:26a.m.
Obara was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and held on $500 cash bail and $1,000 bond bail and will re-appear on November 2, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
Anna J. Michalski, 21, of Halstead Ave., Sloan, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway following a traffic stop on Alleghany Road in Darien on October 7, 2017.
Michalski was allegedly found to be in possession a small quantity of marijuana and in possession of an open container of alcohol.
Michalski was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on November 14, 2017 at 4:00p.m.
Joseph P. Radley, 44, of Rt. 33, Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC over .18% or more, obstructed plate, and a speed violation, exceeding 55mph or over, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Bergen on October 7, 2017.
Radley was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen on November 1, 2017 at 8:00p.m.
Samantha M. Cook, 24, of Armand Dr., Hilton, is charged with unlawful use of a vehicle 3rd after allegedly operating a vehicle without consent from the owner on Main road in Stafford on October 5, 2017.
Cook was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on November 2, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
