Brandon Bradley, 38, of Perry was arrested on December 20, 2017 after an investigation.
Officers took a complaint that Bradley supplied alcohol to an 18 year old and sexually interacted with him without his consent.
Bradley is charged with unlawfully dealing with a minor (alcohol) and forcible touching.
He was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Miller and remanded to the Wyoming County jail on $25,000 cash/bond bail. Bradley will return to court on January 9, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
