WANTED: Charles “Gusto” Williams
The Batavia Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community in an attempt to locate
Charles “Gusto” Wiliams.
Williams is wanted for 2 warrants, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal contempt in the first degree.
He was released pending sentencing and while awaiting sentencing did violate an Order Protection.
Williams failed to show up for his sentencing in court on the narcotics charge, and has refused to turn himself in at this time.
Anyone with information on Williams’ whereabouts is urged to call the Batavia Police Department
at 9-1-1.
