Bruce D. Seelau, 69, of Genesee St., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent after a one vehicle accident with the vehicle on it’s side on S. Lake road in Pembroke on December 23, 2017.
A deputy made contact with Seelau and the passenger who were uninjured and denied medical attention.
Following an investigation, Seelau was arrested.
He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 23, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
David J.M. Weininski, 23, of Ballard Rd., Fillmore, is charged with DWAI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and failure to keep right after a one car motor vehicle accident on Lake St. Rd. in LeRoy on July 15, 2017.
Following an investigation into the accident, Weininski was arrested on December 21, 2017 and issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court at a later date.
Collin R. Wickings, 24, of Clinton St. Rd., Bergen, is charged with violating a court order after allegedly having 3rd party contact with two protected parties of an order of protection.
Wickings was released and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on January 3, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
Lee C. Zimmerman, 47, of S. Lake Ave., Bergen, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident in Bergen on S. Lake avenue on December 22, 2017.
Zimmerman allegedly shoved another person.
Zimmerman was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Village of Bergen Court on January 3, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
