Ryan N. Bartholomew, 23, of Adams St., Batavia, is charged with making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment 2nd after he allegedly made threats of serious physical harm towards law enforcement officials on Facebook in January 1, 2018.
Bartholomew was arraigned in City Court and held without bail.
He re-appeared in court on January 5, 2018.
Alexander J. Schultz, 18, of Ross St., Batavia and a 17 year old male, were arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd and disorderly conduct after they were involved in a fight on Ross street on January 11, 2018.
Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court at 1:00p.m. today.
Sath P. Dhanda, 37, of Clapsaddle Rd., Bethany, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he was located at a residence in Ellicott street January 15, 2018, banging on the back door trying to get into a house.
Once officers responded to the scene, Dhanda was detained. He was found to be violating an order of protection.
He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and bail was set. He was then transported to the Genesee County Jail.
Dhanda will return to court later today.
Desiree M. Sumeriski, 34, of S.Main St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly failed to seek needed medical care for her child after observing injuries sustained by the child in an incident on December 29, 2017.
Sumeriski was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in City Court on January 16, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
David L. Andrews, 30, of Lewis Place, Batavia is charged with criminal impersonation and conspiracy 6th following an investigation into a complaint filed by a local business on November 2, 2017.
Andrews allegedly conspired with another person to gain the benefit of not paying for a bill by impersonating another.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 23, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Lucas T. Shafer, 20, of Rt. 96A, Romulus, and Aaron C. Cuyler, 19, of Batavia Stafford Townline Rd., Batavia, are each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after they were located in a vehicle in the back lot of the Harvester Center at 56 Harvester avenue on January 16, 2018.
Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on January 23, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Camon T. Wyatt, 45, of Pardee St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court after failing to appear on June 1, 2016.
Wyatt was processed and released after posting bail and is set to appear in City Court on January 24, 2018 at 9:00a.m..
