On January 15, 2018, in the Village of Perry, officers performed a routine traffic stop.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that that the driver of vehicle, Elier Feria Dominguez, 23, no address provided, was under Impairment.
After a Drug Recognition Evaluation, it was found that Feria Dominguez was under the
impairment of cannabis. Feria Dominguez was ticketed for no plate lamps and charged
with driving while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operator and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Feria Dominguez was released on in his own recognition and
is to appear in court March 13, 2018 at 01:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
