Brandi E. Schmiedicker, 24, of Genesee St., Corfu, is charged with DWI, speed not reasonable and prudent and moving from a lane unsafely after a motor vehicle accident on Genesee Street in Darien on January 24, 2018 at 1:14a.m.
Schmiedicker was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on March 20, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
Nicholas C. Doell, 27, of Lippold Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after being in the presence of a person who had a full stay away order of protection against Doell.
Doell was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and held on $1,000 cash bail.
He will re-appear in in court again on February 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Shannon M. Denison, 34, of Colony Run, Attica, NY, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint on Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on January 19, 2018.
Denison allegedly took merchandise and passed all points of purchase without paying.
Denison was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Batavia Court January 29, 2018 at 1:00p.m
