Christopher L. Allison, 23, of Gaines Waterport Rd., Albion, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana after a report of an unconscious male in a vehicle in the parking lot of the 7 Eleven at 25 S. Main Street in Oakfield on January 31, 2018.
Following a welfare check and investigation, Allison was charged.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on March 5, 2018.
Aaron M. Jackson Jr., 27, of Andrews Ave., Binghamton, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and speeding/over 55mph, after a traffic stop on Broadway road in Bethany on January 29, 2018.
Jackson Jr. was allegedly driving on a suspended license and allegedly speeding.
He was arraigned in the Town of Bethany Court and will re-appear on February 20, 2018 at 7:00p.m.
