Nefetiria L. Turner, 35, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with bail jumping 3rd, after allegedly failing to appear in court for an incident that occurred on Drake street in Oakfield on October 25, 2017, where Turner was released on a criminal charge.
Turner was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court on February 20, 2018 and jailed in lieu of $250 bail.
Kendra Q. Thomas, 30, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with bail jumping 3rd, after allegedly failing to appear in City Court on a criminal charge from October 26, 2017 at 1 West Main street in Batavia.
Thomas was arraigned in City Court on February 21, 2018 and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Nancy L. Mordenga, 47, of Huffer Rd., Hilton, is charged with bail jumping 3rd, after failing to appear in Stafford Town Court after a January 29, 2018 incident where Mordenga was charged with a criminal charge and released.
Mordenga was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.
