GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/ Buffalo man charged with burglary

Maurice D. Powell Jr., 22, of Roslyn St., Buffalo, is charged with burglary 2nd after allegedly entering a residence at 8170 Batavia Stafford Townline Road, College Village, om December 9, 2017 and stealing property.

Powell Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on March 8, 2018.

 

Mary S. Bryant, 54, of  Letchworth Ave., Greece, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a 55 MPH zone and failure to notify the DMV of an address change after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Stafford on March 11, 2018.

Bryant was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on May 3, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Scott D. Beswick, 44, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to stop at a stop sign after an investigation of a vehicle off the road in the area of 5742 Rt. 63, near East Bethany LeRoy road, on March 11, 2018.

Beswick was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in  Bethany Town Court on April 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

 

 

Richard D. McKague Jr., 27, of Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after being found in the presence of a protected party on Main street on March 8, 2018.

McKague was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 29, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Cynthia L. Wiseley, 55, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation into a work place harassment complaint at an address on Barrville road in the Town of Elba on February 2, 2018.

Wiseley allegedly pushed a fellow co-worker.

She was released on her own recognizance and will appear in Elba Town Court on March 28, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
