BATAVIA/Drug bust on State street nets six arrests

On March 29, 2018, The Genesee County Drug Task Force with assistance from the Batavia Police Department Emergency Response Team, executed a search warrant at an apartment at 133 State street in Batavia and arrested six people.

Keith R. Kendrick AKA”Sosa”, 26, of Viola Drive, North Chili, is charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony.

Denzel T. Hall, 25, of Stenwick Drive, Rochester, NY, is charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony.

Donna M. Fidanza, 48, of State St., Batavia, is charged with criminal nuisance 1st, a class E felony.

Heath D. Snyder, 47, of Abbott Rd., Orchard Park, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Joseph M. Marranco, 47, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Madalyn R. Muntz, 32, of  Evans St., is charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, a class A misdemeanor.

Upon entering the residence, Officers allegedly found a quantity of crack cocaine, a quantity of  methamphetamine, a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the apartment.

It is also alleged that Donna Fidanza was allowing her apartment to be used for the unlawful sale of crack cocaine.

Kendrick and Hall were arraigned in City Court and jailed on cash bail. The remaining four people were released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court at a later date.
