Cathleen J. Mills, 48, of Rt. 333, Campbell, NY, is charged with possessing/transporting/selling over 10,000 unstamped cigarettes after an investigation on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on March 31, 2018.
Following the investigation of a complaint of a person purchasing a large quantity of unstamped cigarettes, Mills was arrested for allegedly possessing and transporting over 10,000 unstamped cigarettes.
Mills was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on an appearance ticket. She will appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 26, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Curtis R. Beaty, 20, of Winbourne Rd., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and unlawful possession of marijuana following a check point stop on Rt. 33 in Bergen on March 31, 2018.
Beaty was allegedly operating on a suspended driver’s license, without an inspection and unlawfully possessed marijuana.
He was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on April 18, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
A passenger in the vehicle was charged with criminal possession of marijuana 3rd, Luis G. Lopez, 21, of Fairway street, Macedon, unlawfully possessed marijuana with an aggregate weight of more than 8 ounces.
Lopez was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on April 18, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
A 16 year old male, of Bergen, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly hosting a party at his residence that involved juveniles and alcohol on February 23, 2018 at 9:55p.m.
He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on April 11, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
