The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph E. Richardson, 32, following an investigation for criminal contempt 1st.
The investigation found Richardson, who is currently incarcerated at the Wyoming County Jail, was assisted by another inmate in making contact with a female victim who has an order of protection against Richardson.
Richardson was arrested for criminal contempt 1st and arraigned in the Village of Warsaw court in front of Justice Errington.
Richardson was committed back to jail on no bail with a return date of April 16, 2018.
