Patrick S. Rumble, 31, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, unlawful imprisonment 2nd and criminal mischief 4th after an incident on Hutchins Place on April 4, 2018 at 4:11p.m.
Rumble allegedly pushed another person multiple times, preventing them from leaving the residence. He also prevented them from contacting emergency services.
Rumble was issued an appearance ticket and was released.
He appeared in City Court this morning.
A 17 year old female is charged with trespassing after she allegedly entered a location on Hutchins Place April 4, 2018 at 4:00p.m. that she was told to stay away from. The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 10, 2018.
