GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Rochester woman charged with DWI after striking two fences, two vehicles and a building with a child in the car

Rachael M. Lochner, 23, of Janice Dr., Rochester, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, aggravated DWI with a child less than 16 in the vehicle, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on South street road in the Town of Pavilion on April 4, 2018.

Lochner was allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol when her vehicle left the roadway striking two fences and causing property damage to two other vehicles and a building.

Lochner was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on May 15, 2018 at 3:00p.m.

 

 

Arnold J. Oberlander Jr., 54, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Rt. 490 in LeRoy on April 5, 2018.

Oberlander allegedly committed several NYS vehicle and traffic violations and allegedly unlawfully possessed marijuana.

He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on May 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m. and he will also appear in  Byron Town Court.
