An East Main street man has been arrested a third time for pulling the fire alarm at DePaul Properties at 555 E. Main street on April 6, 2018.
Jonathan P. Balaz, 41, of East Main street, Batavia, is charged with falsely reporting an incident 2nd after pulling the fire alarm at 555 East Main street at about 4:37 p.m., knowing that there was no fire or other emergency.
Last week, Balaz was charged for pulling the fire alarm twice in one week.
He was processed and is to appear in City Court on April 10, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
