BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Stafford man charged after damaging door

Shaquille L. Davis, 25, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after he allegedly damaged a door during an argument on Highland Park on April 5, 2018.

Davis was arraigned in City Court and held on bail and will appear in City Court later today.

 

Robert D. Griffin Sr., 39, no address provided, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a domestic incident where he violated an order of protection on April 7, 2018.

Griffin was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash or bond bail.

He will appear in Court again today.

 

 

Antonio M. McKinney, 43, of Gibson St., Buffalo, is charged with DWI after police responded to 204 W. Main street, Speedway, for the report of a larceny on April 7, 2018.

An investigation determined that McKinney had allegedly operated a vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.
