Rueben O. Walker, 33, of Ellicott St., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th and criminal impersonation 2nd after allegedly attempting to make a purchase using a credit/debit card belonging to another person whom he claimed to know on April 5, 2018 at 419 West Main street.
Walker did not have permission to possess or use the card.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of no bail.
Walker returned to City Court on April 6, 2018 at 1:30p.m.
