Kevin A. Rivers, 23, of Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd after an investigation into a domestic dispute on Batavia Stafford Townline road on April 8, 2018.
Rivers allegedly pushed and then punched a person in the face.
He was released on an appearance ticket and appeared in Batavia Town Court on Monday.
Amber R. Klimczak, 36, of Main St., York, NY, is charged with criminal impersonation, aggravated unauthorized operation 3rd and a headlight violation after allegedly impersonating another person during a traffic stop on Veterans Memorial Drive on February 25, 2018.
Klimczak was allegedly trying to prevent arrest after operating a motor vehicle while having her privileges revoked. She was arrested on April 9, 2018.
Klimczak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on May 17, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
