George E. Norway, 65, of N. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after an investigation into a complaint at the DMV office on 15 Main street on April 18, 2018.
Norway allegedly left a message which caused the employees there to be substantially alarmed for their safety.
Norway was arraigned in City Court and was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
He will re-appear in court on May 5, 2018 at 9:30a.m.
