GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man charged after his two year old child found alone outside of the residence

David W. King Jr., 36, of Main Street Rd., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly fell asleep due to prescribed medication and as a result his 2 year old son exited the residence and was alone for a period of time on April 24, 2018 at 6:00p.m.

King was processed at the jail and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on May 21, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Olivia N. Smith, 21, of School St., Batavia, is charged with DWAI/alcohol/drugs, possession of a forged driver’s license and open container following a check the welfare call at a vehicle that was roadside on Clinton street road in Bergen on April 20, 2018 at 11:30p.m.

Smith was transported to the Genesee County Jail for breath test and drug influence evaluation administered by a Sheriff’s investigator.

Smith was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on June 20, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
