WYOMING COUNTY/Mississippi man arrested for felony DWI after traffic stop

Donald P. Bach,60, of Clinton, Mississippi, was arrested following a traffic stop on North Water Street in the Town of Pike on May 7, 2018.

Bach was pulled over for failure to dim high beams, and he performed poorly on standardized field sobriety tests at the scene of the traffic stop.

Bach was arrested, and following a breath test at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, Bach was found to have a .22% BAC.

He was also found to have a prior conviction in 2017 in the State of Mississippi for their state’s DWI law, Driving Under the Influence.

Bach is charged with felony aggravated DWI – .18% BAC or higher, felony Driving While Intoxicated, felony Driving With .08% BAC or higher, and failed to dim high beams.

He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set at $1,000.00 cash bail or $3,000.00 bond. Bach is scheduled to return to the Town of Pike Court on June 5, 2018 for further proceedings.
