PERRY POLICE REPORT/Pavilion man charged after domestic disturbance

A Pavilion man faces numerous charges after a report of a domestic disturbance in the Village of Perry on May 8, 2018.

Stephen Pike, 22, of Pavilion, is with harassment 2nd, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal contempt 2nd and criminal mischief 4th-preventing a call to 9-1-1.

It is alleged that Pike engaged in an argument with a person who had an order of protection against him with a 4 month old child in the residence. During the argument, it is alleged that Pike shoved the victim, grabbed the victim’s neck and prevented the victim from calling 9-1-1 by taking her cell phone.

Pike was arraigned and committed to the Wyoming County Jail and is to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date.
