The District Attorney’s Office held a press conference announcing the indictment of three people in the Central avenue shooting /stabbing death on Central avenue in the City of Batavia last week.
Nathaniel D. Wilson is charged with murder 2nd, a class A-1 felony and could face 25 years to life in state prison on the charge. He is also charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, he could face 3.5-7 years in state prison on that charge.
Samuel Blackshear is charged with attempted assault 1st, a class C felony and could face 15 years in state prison on that charge.
He is also charged with assault 2nd, a class d felony, and could face 7 years in state prison on that charge. Blackshear is also charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of a weapon 2nd , a class C felony and could face 15 years in state prison on that charge.
Jennifer Urvizu-Hanlon is charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of weapon 2nd, a class C violent felony and could face 15 years in state prison.
