On May 16, 2018, the New York State Police, State Police/Warsaw arrested seven NYSDOCCS inmates for their recent criminal activity occurring within local correctional facilities.
Inmate MESSIAH KEIZER, age 23, currently housed at Collins, NY, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1st and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, both Class D Felonies, for possessing an edged ceramic weapon secreted on his person on January 23, 2018 while housed at Wyoming Correctional Facility, Attica, NY. Inmate KEIZER is serving a sentence for Assault 2nd out of Kings County.
Inmate MICHAEL POST, age 34, currently housed at Upstate Correctional Facility, Malone, NY, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1st for possessing a sharpened/altered toothbrush secreted on his person on January 29, 2018 while housed at Attica Correctional Facility, Attica, NY. Inmate POST is serving a sentence for Robbery 1st out of Dutchess County.
Inmate CHRISTIAN CABALLERO, age 23, of Attica Correctional Facility, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1st and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd for possessing an edged metal weapon secreted on his person on December 14, 2017 while housed at Attica Correctional Facility, Attica, NY. Inmate CABALLERO is serving a sentence for Manslaughter 1st out of Queens County.
Inmate ANDREW J. JOHNSON, age 33, currently housed at Great Meadow Correctional Facility, Comstock, NY, was charged with Assault 2nd (2 counts), Promoting Prison Contraband 1st and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd for his edged metal assault on another Inmate occurring on September 5, 2017 within Attica Correctional Facility, Attica, NY. Inmate JOHNSON is serving a sentence for Manslaughter 1st out of Onondaga County.
Inmate CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMS, age 26, currently housed at Marcy Correctional Facility, Marcy, NY, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1st and Criminal Possession of a weapon 3rd for possessing an edged metal weapon secreted on his person on December 28, 2017 while housed at Wyoming Correctional Facility, Attica, NY. Inmate WILLIAMS is serving a sentence for Arson 2nd out of Monroe County.
Inmate KENNETH BROSNAN, age 54, currently housed at Livingston Correctional Facility, Sonyea, NY, was charged with Criminal Sale of a controlled Substance 4th, Promoting Prison Contraband 1st and Conspiracy 4th for a drugs sale conspiracy he was involved in occurring between June and October 2017 while housed at and within Wyoming Correctional Facility, Attica, NY. Inmate BROSNAN is serving a sentence for Attempted Burglary 2nd out of Richmond County.
Inmate TIERAL G. DAVIS, age 33, currently housed at Gouverneur, NY, was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th, Promoting Prison Contraband 1st and Conspiracy 4th for a drug sale conspiracy he was involved in occurring between June and October 2017 while housed at and within Wyoming Correctional Facility, Attica, NY. Inmate DAVIS is serving a sentence for Attempted Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd out of Queens County.
