A Holley man is facing charges after a one car accident on Lockport road in Elba on Thursday afternoon.
James M. Edwards, 23, of Upper Holley Rd., Holley, is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving to the left of pavement markings and no seat belt after a single car accident in Elba.
Edwards was allegedly operating his car while his ability was impaired by drugs. Edwards allegedly failed to maintain his lane and drove to the left of pavement markings in a no passing zone and was allegedly not wearing a seat belt when he overcorrected and lost control of his vehicle traveling off the opposite shoulder of the roadway into a ditch. He was also allegedly in possession of an amount of marijuana.
The vehicle was occupied by three other people, two males and a female. A male rear seat passenger sustained a non serious injury and was transported to ECMC.
Edwards was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Elba Court on August 8, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
David M. Howard, 36, of Wolcott St., LeRoy, is charged with assault 3rd after shoving another patron at the Clover Leaf on Telephone road in Pavilion on May 19, 2018.
Howard caused the patron to fall and caused an injuries to his head and elbow.
Howard was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on June 5, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.
Jason P. Wickson, 36, no address provided, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd and trespass after allegedly being involved in a physical altercation with two people on private property on Rose road in Batavia on May 20, 2018.
Wickson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
Edward D. McDonald III, 28, no address provided, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd and trespass after allegedly being involved in a physical altercation with two people in private property on Rose road on May 20, 2018.
McDonald was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
