BATAVIA/ Three charged in incidents on Central avenue

Woodrow C. Horseman, 42, no permanent address, Batavia, is charged with attempted assault 2nd, obstructing governmental administration 2nd, resisting arrest and harassment 2nd after police responded to 18 Central avenue for the reported disturbance on May 23, 2018 at 11:30p.m..

Horseman allegedly punched another person in the back of the head with a closed fist while that person was assisting in the arrest of another person.

Horseman was arraigned in City Court and ordered held without bail. He re-appeared in court on May 24, 2018.

 

 

On May 23, 2018 at 11:38a.m, Shaqueita L. Irvin, 26, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a reported disturbance at 16 Central Avenue on May 24, 2018.

Irvin was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash or bond.

Irvin appeared in court on May 24, 2018.

 

 

Ahdeosun R. Aiken, 20, of  Ellicott avenue in Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to a disturbance at 17 Central Avenue on May 24, 2018.

Aiken was transported and jailed. He was arraigned in City Court and will re-appear on May 24, 2018
