BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/East Main street woman accused of pawning stolen property

Latiqua S. Jackson, 24, of E. Main St., Batavia, was arrested on a City Court warrant charging her with criminal possession of stolen property 5th and conspiracy 6th after allegedly pawning, trading or selling stolen property on March 26, 2018. Jackson was aided by at least one other person.

She was being held in the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 bail/bond and re-appeared in City Court on May 29, 2018.

 

 

Edward R. Loper, 30, was arrested on an arrest warrant from February 22, 2018. He is currently incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail for unrelated charges.

Loper was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed

 

 

Luis A. Ramos-Mercado, 33, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd following a report that he entered another person’s residence on Trumbull Parkway through a window without the knowledge or permission of the property owner.

Ramos-Mercado was arraigned in City Court and was released on recognizance. He re-appeared in City Court on May 31, 2018.

 

 

Bleyke Z. Culver, 21, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failing to comply with court ordered programs as part of his sentencing.

Culver was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond bail. He is due back in court on June 5, 2018.

 

 

Nathen E.D. Brege, 25, of Rt. 77, Basom, was arrested on a bench warrant on June 1, 2018. The warrant is from September of 2017. He is accused of not appearing in court as directed after pleading guilty to resisting arrest.

Brege is currently being held in the Genseee County Jail on $2,500 bail bond.
