Joseph D. Berry, 32, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd/weapon, and harassment 2nd after allegedly threatening to use a weapon, a large rock, to inflict bodily harm upon a store clerk at a convenience store at 505 East Main street on June 3, 2018.
Berry was arraigned in City Court before Judge Balbick and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
Jordan S. Thomas, 19, of East Ave., Batavia, was arrested on an active bench warrant for failure to comply with the conditions of his supervised release.
Thomas was located by Genesee County Probation Officers during a probation check on June 8, 2018.
He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail.
Carrie A. Poray, 40, of Oatka Trail, LeRoy, was located by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and arrested on a City Court Bench warrant for failing to appear on two traffic tickets that were issued in January of 2018.
Poray was transported to Batavia Police Headquarters and was processed and arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick.
She was ordered to pay a fine before her next scheduled court date on August 8, 2018 at 12:30p.m.
Poray was then released.
