GENESEE COUNTY/Two men arrested for selling balloons filled with hazardous inhalants at the Dead & Company concert

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Dead & Company Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on June 19, 2018:

Mark L. Olson, 48, of Kansas St., San Diego, CA, was arrested for sale of hazardous inhalants after allegedly selling balloons filled with Nitrous Oxide. Olson was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.

Joshua A. Thompson, 23, of Jackson St., Woodbury, NJ, was arrested for sale of hazardous inhalants after allegedly selling balloons filled with Nitrous Oxide. Thompson was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.

Michael D. Kopyscianski, 33, of Woodycrest Ave., Bronx, NY, was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after allegedly being found to be in possession of heroin. Kopyscianski was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Roger J. Furman, 54, of Shaker Hill Rd., Enfield, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Furman was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.

Alicia M. Trace-Stephenson, 42, of Concession 5, West Tiny Township, Ontario, Canada, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Trace-Stephenson was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $150 bail.

The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on July 3, 2018 at 3:00 PM:

Charles A. Restivo, 46, of Otto Pk. Pl., Lockport, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Matthew T. Gillespy, 30, of Essex St., New York, NY, was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly engaging in a fight in the parking lot.
