On June 4, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, Deputy White, assisted by Sergeant Foeller, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Statira Holtfoth, 32, of Albion, with Petit Larceny. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On June 8, 2018, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Deputy Pahuta and Deputy White, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Ray Baker Jr, 54, of Hamlin, with Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, and several other traffic offenses. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court.
On June 8, 2018, Deputy Poler, assisted by Deputy Fox, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Shannan Joyner, 20, of Amherst, with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, Menacing 3rd, and Criminal Mischief. She was arraigned by the Town of Yates Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.
On June 9, 2018, Sergeant Colonna, assisted by Sergeant Doyle, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Michelle Bennett, 33, of Albion, with Criminal Trespass and Harassment. She was arraigned by the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court.
On June 10, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, Deputy White of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Alexandrea Fitzwater, 32, of Medina, with Petit Larceny. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
