Donald W. Stahl, 37, of Knowlesville Rd, Alabama, is charged with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th after a larceny complaint at Walmart in Batavia on June 1, 2018.
Following an investigation on June 17, 2018, Stahl was arrested for allegedly stealing a pair of headphones and assisted a female suspect in stealing additional property at Walmart on Veterans Memorial Drive.
Stahl was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 9, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
After being issued the appearance ticket, Stahl was turned over to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s office for a larceny investigation at the Walmart in Warsaw for ongoing thefts of electronics there.
William G. Schultz Sr., 44, of Ross St., Batavia, was arrested on June 20, 2018 by members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force after he was observed on Jackson street on the City of Batavia.
Schultz was wanted on a Genesee County Family Court warrant and while being taken into custody was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Schultz is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
Malik A. Hambrick, 21, of Aswego Ave., Fort Drum, NY, was arrested on June 18, 2018 for allegedly re-entering the hotel at Darien Lake Theme Park after previously trespassing according to Darien Lake Security.
Hambrick will appear in Darien Town Court on July 17, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
