Antonio D. Dames, 42, of Knowlesville Rd., Oakfield, is charged with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% , operating without an interlock device and moving from a lane unsafely after a single car motor vehicle accident at 1748 Lewiston road in Alabama at about 4:40p.m.on Thursday.
Dames suffered minor injuries from the accident.
He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on August 29, 2018 at 8:00p.m.
Minnie M. Henry, 30, of Central Ave., Batavia was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court after police responded to 41 Central avenue for an open 911 call on August 6, 2018 at 12:07a.m.
Henry was also charged with resisting arrest after she physically resisted patrols efforts to arrest her on the bench warrant from June of 2018.
Henry was arraigned in City Court and held on $5,000 cash or bond bail. She appeared in City Court again yesterday.
Noel M. Wentworth, 49, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after Tops Loss Prevention observed her allegedly stealing over the counter medication at 390 West Main street.
Wentworth was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 14, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
