Genna L. Miller, 33, of Center St., East Aurora, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to comply with police officer/flag person and failure to keep right after she failed to comply with an officer who was directing traffic at Rt. 77 and Sumner road on August 11, 2018 at 12:18a.m. during a concert.
Miller allegedly drove over the center portion of the lane way and the mirror of her vehicle struck the arm of a deputy.
Her vehicle was then stopped south of the intersection.
Miller’s BAC was two times over the legal limit. She was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 21, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
Yahaira Ann-Marie Brown -Diaz, 19, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany is charged with DWAI/Drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in excess of 55mph after she was stopped for traffic violations that were observed on August 10, 2018 on Maple Ave., in Bergen.
Brown-Diaz was transported to the Genesee County Jail where a Sheriff’s Drug Recognition Expert administered a drug influence evaluation.
Brown-Diaz was then processed and released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on August 18, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
